Crystal Bay Mobile Home Club is a lovely 55+ community on the Gulf side of Florida. The community is approximately 15 miles west
of Tampa and about the same distance north of Clearwater Beach.
Conveniently located on ALT 19, it is one of the few waterfront communities left in Florida. Each resident owns their own property.
The park is located near many Florida attractions, shopping, and restaurants. It is also very close to 2 airports - Tampa (TPA) and
Clearwater/ St Petersburg (PIE).
The community is "pet friendly" (with certain restrictions). You can enjoy walking your dog on the Pinellas Trail which borders the
back side of the park.
The weather is beautiful and enhanced by a constant breeze from the Gulf.
